Attorney Scanlon joined Regan & Kiely, LLP in 2011 as a civil litigation associate. Prior to joining Regan & Kiely, Attorney Scanlon was an associate at Curtin, Murphy & O'Reilly where he was responsible for all aspects of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle and subrogation litigation. He handled all aspects of discovery and pre-trial practice. He has conducted and defended depositions of individuals, corporations and experts.
